Radhey – Head Cook #2

Radhey is about 30-years old, from Gorukhpur city in Uttar Pradesh. He has worked in prominent Varanasi restaurants for 8 years, and recently arrived as a terrific asset to Sarnath Café.

I really like it here, the Café supports the poor students which is very good. I’m happy working in this kitchen because Sukhdev encourages me to be a chef, to be creative in my cooking. It has good facilities and ingredients for us to try new dishes and I can improve myself working in this Café.

Compared to other restaurants I’ve seen, Sarnath Café has a real family-feel. There are more dishes on the menu and the food is good quality.
